The platform is completely tailored to the branding of the new coworking or coliving space, and the owner personally manages the spaces and user transactions. Multiple spaces can be managed simultaneously.
TheCo. Marketplace & Manager
The coworking or coliving space is added to the property listing on TheCo's website and fully managed by TheCo (Reservations, tenant contacts, cleaning coordination, financial operations, etc.).
THECO. MARKETPLACE ONLY
Coworking or coliving space is added to the list of properties on TheCo. Reservation requests and housekeeping are handled by the owner. TheCo. only takes care of collecting rents and paying them to the owner.
